Looks wont update on rankings or basil
Hey guys, so I've noticed that whenever I try to update my characters on Basil, their looks don't change, only the level :S my looks also haven't changed on the rankings, and I can't even find new characters that I've made. How can I fix this?

It's been like this for 2 months now. Hime acknowledged it on the Nexon forums, but they're not even sure when they'll fix it...

it hasn't updated since the mid of september, ive had so many chars since then and none of them are on the rankings and all of them are sexy POURQUOI!

The rankings are not working correctly since some months I think
What it's worse is that my Aran is already 167 and he isn't on rankings yet </3 </3 </3
