Job advances are important?

I know the 2nd and 3rd job thing in Tespia is pretty much out of the way since you can just easily talk to Cody over and over, skip them and go straight to 4th job. But there's a problem I noticed.

I think for some people, if you want your character to be as great as it can be at that moment, that you might want to do your 2nd and 3rd job advances.

Why?

In MapleStory Global, I have a level 126 Hero.. and I still wanted to be a Hero in Tespia (since that class is where my heart is) because I wanted to boss and do things I couldn't do before since I'm not level 200. So much like most of the people out there, I spoke to Cody over and over and did the same skill and stat build up as I did on my main in Bera.

My main in Bera has 10k health.. decent amount for my level, though I didn't HP wash, it could be more. Problem? My level 200 Hero in Tespia has 15k health.

I'm not 100% sure but I think not doing the advances has impact on our stats. I'm going to make a 2nd Hero to test out my theory.. but I felt that maybe some of you should know, just in case you guys really focus on HP and whatnot and decide to skip all the advancements to go to 4th job. Because who knows, it may have affected our stats.

Maybe there was a thread like this already? Dunno. But it's worth a shot to tell it to you guys in case someone didn't notice something was wrong.
