How available are Tyrant equips now?

For the thread, there's no "flame of reincarnation". You can psok it as much as you want.
Tyrants are still in the bils, with cape being the cheapest I believe because more people are able to Hard Magnus now.

Belt: 3.5
Shoe: Yet to see one holy crap, been waiting for one since forever
Not necessarily as ubiquitous as the useless Zakum Helmet, but rarity on Capes has been falling quickly ever since Hard Magnus started dropping them.
Shoes and Belts are still in limited quantity, since they're only available from the Heliseum Coin Shop when Marvel isn't around.
