It depends on what level ETC items you feed it since i'm level 131 i can feed it those harp feathers, dragon turtle shells, purification totems and i'll give 20 fullness. But when i give it lower level items it only fills like 5-10 depending on the level so i think you have to feed it 30 level items below you but some items which are higher might work too. Hope it helps.

Yep. Only gives 20 fullness compared to 100(?) from equips though, so it needs a lot more to fill it up.
