Haha! It's happening now on Europe MS, the Kerning Scroll seller is always out of stock on Dagger & katara scrolls

The shops only have a stock of like 25k per item so please buy only 1 k. thank you!

This happened to me and my guild after my friend decided to buy a crap-load of ales for van leon. I guess we bought out the store xD

@OpTicNation: Yeah, Mana Bull is one of the two that I got. That and a potion not specific to NLC. I guess thats why it worked for me.
I guess reporting it is all you can do. Nexon most likely won't fix it for Tespia though.
