i got my legendary 40% buff duration 10% drop rate 5% boss cough f3 inner ability durin the time when it was released so i didnt have to deal with this new system thats why i didnt know about it an i recently made a Nw ~Hickys~ get at me ladys so i wanted to level its inner ability but ofc its a whole new diffrent ball game so ye i had no clue on wat to do
@MegaSonic Because nexon is a troll, no matter how much you circulate, they will get you to unique and drop you hard, making you believe wow there must be nothing beyond unique huh?

legend is max, collect as many circulators as possible and honor medals. Circulate 4 dayz.
is unique or legend max?
keep resetting it. eventually it'll rank up. it can rank down too if you're at epic or higher.
