Ele Comp has an 80% chance to actually poison the monster so it's kinda hit-or-miss (but it's 900% extra damage if it poisons). It's still better than Partial Resistance, so max it.
@above It does. You can stack DoT's.
Doesn't Paralyze has a DOT ?
The DoT is useful, but only against bosses where you're 1v1. Pretty useless while training since you'll be in mobs the majority of the time.
