Should I keep a 10% boss damage inner potential?
Currently:
Unique potential.
10% boss damage, +6 dex, +8str.
Currently have 32k honour exp.... Idk what to do

I kept mine at 20% boss since i have 100% crit anyways. if you don't get crit
10% boss is like nothing. Keep rolling for drop rate, crit rate, or attack speed.

No, that's only available in Legendary.

If you boss a lot, that's not bad.
Personally I feel ABs need a crit inner ability since their crit damage is higher than normal.
