theres this event that comes once in awhile, cassandra gives you 5 quests to do and as reward, she'll give you a mix dye coupon. its basically where you chose 2 colors and mix it up together to get your desired color. You can also get it from star planet, thats what i hear from people o3o.

You have to be a Shining Star in order to redeem the coupon from pompom.
