I stopped watching One Piece for probably a year at around episode 450. Should I continue or start all over because I can't remember to much.

Reading the manga would be a lot faster.
I say restart it, it will give you all a refresher of how everything led up to where you were at, and it is always good to revisit old arcs because all of them were well done imo
Instead of One Piece, you should read Hajimme no Ippo ! You won't regret it.
lol I restart 'long anime' all the time. I've re-watched one piece 3/4 times lol. Up to your preferences, do you have the time? Did you enjoy One piece before? I recommend just restarting the arc you left off. Unrelated, thank god I gave One Piece another go, because to be honest the first few episodes were quite boring, so I stopped watching after the second episode. Then I got bored one summer, and decided to try One piece again, as it progressed, it really improved .

Watching 450 episodes would be quite a long time.
Maybe try restarting from the arc where you left off.
Then you will probably remember a lot again as well.
