I suppose Nexon's page is the only option (although there's no guarantee and no proof yet of ANYBODY being freed even though it's been around a while).

It doesn't need to run maple, just needs to log you on. Then try to survive the awfulness that is poorly run maplestory enough to leave NLC via hyper teleport rock or dimensional portal. Then just never come back until it's fixed.

I'm sorry, but that's like the funniest thing I've read all day... Honestly the best thing to do is just play another character and check back every once in a while to see if it's fixed. Maybe submit a ticket, even though there's a really really low chance they'll even check your ticket.

I had the same problem a few days ago... also check here [url=http://maplestory.nexon.net/Community/#%2Fshowthread.php%3F293119-Known-Issue-Stuck-in-NLC-Cutscene%26nxid%3D6]the official bug page.[/url] Use this and there's a chance you'll get unstuck at next patch or maintenance, plus it'll help them find the issue/learn more about it.

I actually found the problem, and have fixed it for myself multiple times now. [b]The problem is something with computers;[/b] instead of using a big desktop PC get a laptop. A laptop fixed it immediately, and I finished the NLC quests so I wouldn't get stuck in the cutscene again. If you don't have a laptop or another way to access maple... well, good luck . You can also use a Tablet PC, as long as it's kinda different from the one you're using now.
