I'm pretty sure they're close, but I think It's BM > Merc > WA.
Tbh I'm guessing, don't shoot me people who have facts behind it.
BM's have a lot of extra DPS bits, so I don't doubt capping BMs would take first. Mercs have a lot of extra DPS attacks that stack up with Ishtar from what I'm aware of. It's just ridiculously hard to cap on a merc. WA's have that extra attack that shoots outta their "hurricane" skill but I don't think it adds up to the other extra hits Mercs / BMs have.
Again, i'm guessing.

Which class has most potential? If you are hitting max lines on every skill, which is best?

I have played both mercedes and wind archers at high levels and I can tell you that WA's are much stronger than Mercedes.

Bowmasters for everything but mobbing.

Even though I'm a bowmaster, I reccommend WA's. They seem way more fun than bowmasters and there Hurricane skill is a mobbing skill too! Their buffs seem to be stronger than our's too so yeah basically wind archers would be the better choice.

with clean RA and some other cheap, nonscrolled, event items, i hit around 300-400k a line with IR at lv 150

i havent played WA or BM so idk what my dmg would be if i had the same equips

Mercs = TONS! of funding, that I know.

mobbing maybe wind archer or bowmaster, but probably WA better
bowguns cheaper than bows tho

not mercedes that's for sure
