Sengoku High will comeback eventually, it's only a matter of time or there can be better totems ( like the Halloween totems, GMS excursive?) etc.
Let me get my Crystal ball.
No one knows, when, the answer is "eventually" at best.
I don't think there are any boss totems. o.o
