If you're bringing up cVellum and hellux, WA gets to ignore half of eleresistance, which should be mentioned.

I think i remember reading somewhere they are going to change that accuracy buff to weapon attack or something. It was actually a while ago so maybe the idea was scrapped.

Wind Archer or Bowmaster is currently the highest DPS dex-based class from what I can tell. Bowman gear is cheap anyway, so I'd go with them over a dex pirate.
