Starting from scratch, that 5b is insanely expensive just going to point that out. Unless you buy it in some way or another getting from 0 to 5b takes a long time.
i always consider unfunded as gear that is easily obtainable WITHOUT FUNDS ;p
EDIT: i swear to god i read you mentioing 5b.. idk where that came from if you edited or its just me being tired. none the less getting equips for lumi takes about 3-5b anywho for the low range

100k still takes funding. 30-40k is unfunded.
