But I've only seen people from the US, the Bahamas, and Jamaica, so my views are narrow at best.

No clue as I haven't been outside of the US. A lot of Brazilians I see in tv, movies, pictures, etc., are amazing looking, but that's only a small sample of the country I'm seeing.
The ones with highest GDP, free health care, free education, low umemployment, high standard of living
