Stay Nl or change to Db

So I'm currently a night lord but i haven't played in about 8-9 months and am probably gonna come back and play casually. My gear is basically all set up with tyrants and CRA and gollux. Currently upgrading from reinforced gollux to superior so what i'm saying is i have decent funding to acquire a dagger/katara if i choose to change. I have about a 1.7m range clean as a night lord with about 250% bossing.

My question is since i've been gone so long has there been any major changes to either class and basically which is better in terms of bossing since i've no interest in training and individual opinions of 'fun-ness'. Just general pros and cons would be great thanks
Keep in mind you'll have to make weapons around the same as yours if you wish to maintain your range (disregarding multipliers).
Two differences are: (1) you will no longer have range (2) your mobbing will be nothing compared to Assassin's Mark + showdown.
Defeating gollux will also be harder without assassin's mark and dark flare, though hell mode is definitely do-able with your range. On the plus side you will attack faster and can jump attack more efficiently.
The BIGGEST difference you will see is dual blade's arsenal of skills. My keyboard is full (23 buffs and attacks not counting soul weapon/decent skills/sengoku skill) and I do use all of them. However you may find a few negligible such as chains of hell or sudden raid, and I seldom use flying assaulter because of the delay, but if you want to know all the uses for all the skills let me know.
You had me until you said chains of hell is negligible!
maybe change to a NW if you want more damage? I know DBs with high % buff duration are gonna be mad (as will mech, *shameless plug*) when the balance comes in a few months.
Why would they be mad? Final cut still works the way it always has with some improvements (sudden raid = less cd, can be cast without hitting a mob).
Stay NL. Old School MS is coolest.

Better yet, become a Shadower.
Shadowers no longer have the feel of old ms, that went away when they removed assaulter

DB is so fun man. you can ks better than any NL.

Rogue

Well at that range you'd be better off on NL, but if you don't mind damage go DB.

ForeverNL

Well, you will need a dagger + katara thats far greater than your charm + claw to keep the range you currently have on your NL. Also gollux will be a pain in the ass as a db

@paaperclip: DB hits more lines and can attack faster, though it gives up range which makes you susceptible to knockbacks and such.

I don't even know what soul weapon means or sengoku skills are...
I've played dual blade before so I'm familiar with skills etc i'm just wondering which is better i guess and if it's worth making the switch
