"perfect" changes with every event. for example, a perfect bow at one point was a 164 attack vip bow. (gm scrolled +1star)
after that a perfect bow became a 210 attack VIP bow. (gm +12 stars)
after the 7 attack scrolls came out, a perfect EMPRESS bow would be considered 258 attack (7 atk + 12 stars) or higher based on if the bow was over average.
now that we have 9 attack scrolls, and no boom AEE scrolls, i'd say a truly perfect empress bow would be 128 + 90 (218) + 12 stars ( 301 attack) +3 more stars from no boom AEE scrolls (15 stars) (325 attack.)
so a 100% perfectly scrolled 15 star bow would be around 325 attack. 301 if it wasn't 15 stars.
I'd say a weapon scrolled with +5weapon attack scrolls perfectly and then 5 enhanced is pretty good.

Since the term perfect is usually gm scrolled, what do we call a pinnacle scrolled weapon now?
