Maple Admin. I traded Hex of the Beholder for example.

I didn't see those either. Not sure if it's because they haven't updated the list since the last time the skills were changed, or what.
For now at least, it's only some of the obsolete books that can be traded, I guess.

you're obviously wrong. it depends on the book being traded in. if it's outdated and the skill no longer exists, you can trade it in. i've done it at all hours no problem.
I actually think that the service to trade in mastery books is only open at certain times. Just yesterday, I was able to trade in a Mastery Book on my mule before going to bed, but today the option to trade wasn't there. I would think that the overloaded servers probably caused this, as they didn't want any more troubles than they already had with the Hot Time boxes.

The only books that can be traded in are the ones for skills that have been changed or removed.
Some skills went from 4th job to 3rd job for example, so they don't require mastery books any more. Those can be traded for other books.
Books that can still be used can't be traded in.

I just throw all the ones I had.
If the skill is removed you can trade it in, if the skill isn't removed you can use the book yourself if you need/save it for a future characters use, or give them away to people that may need them.
Nope, they're all junk! You COULD, however, save them and hope Nexon decides to let us trade them in, or hold onto for nostalgia/dg. I just dropped all mine, took up 3/4 of my dang inv. SO much space now!
you can trade them in but i think theres a limit cause i was only able to get 5 20s from the admin
