it told me to go to t.o.t. through cobra. once i get there theres no quest available to get to the next part? am i too low lv? 128 btw

yep nope. nothing on the middle door
yea cobra's the guy that turns you into a dragon. and i dont see a middle door. its closed
Through....cobra? What? Arkarium? No, he has nothing to do with it.
When you're at 3 doors, look at the middle door. It's open (which is the point of the quest). Normally it isn't. Go in there.
