wow everyone has there own definition of perfecting. I think there should be a standard.
The only time I use gm scrolls (+5) now is just for items such as the android hearts. Most people would call weapons that have been gm scrolled perfected. The community is way outdated by calling weapons "perfect" because the new pinnacle scrolls would be the best for that word. A 10 slot item would gain 50 attack or mattack using the old type scrolls while using the pinnacle scrolls you would gain 90 attack.
damn all this sounds expensive with multiple types of scrolls and nx..... how much does it cost on average?
srry not o.t.

There are scrolls in the Cash shop that acts as White Scrolls which protect failed slots. Also they sell ones that protect your item from booming upon a failed scroll.
People also use clean slate scrolls to get back a failed slot. (These are in FM or Unleashed shop)

Depends on the person.
For me, a perfected weapon is an Empress+ weapon fully scrolled with +5 (m)att with both hammers and at least once enhancement.
Potential should be 3l Unique+, with at least 20% boss.
Pass the best possible scrolls for that item, hammering, enhancing etc.
