10 Simple things that make you happy
Hey Basil! I'm curious to know what sort of little things make you happy. Try listing 10 things that make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. And then I challenge you to go do 3 of them or more.

1. Reading a really good book.
2. Watching Anime
3. Going swimming at night
4. Laughing with someone I love
5. Adventuring
6. Drinking chocolate milk
7. Listening to my favorite music
8. Dancing just for the fluff of it
9. Jumping on a trampoline
10. Eating some really good food

I love that quote, thank you for bringing it up. Not everyone is as well adjusted as the Buddha was though, most of the time keeping it simple brings me to a state of serenity I just cant ignore. Oh the power of the human mind, its a wonderful thing.
