I just got my first NL but i dont have triple throw in my skill-list! Is there some kind of quest youre supposed to complete before you get it?

Lol i bought mine when i was about level 90 because it was the only one ive ever seen in the fm and i still havnt seen one since.
I actually Zak'ed before 120 so I had it right at 120 because tt is immediately an upgrade from l7
@Firaga: did u get the tt10 at 120 or later?
@firaga: whaaaa! you didnt have to get any skillbook for shadower.. so i will have to get tt10 from zakum? aaaaaaaaaaaaaawwwww
