In windia the thief ones are ~600m, and I'm buying mine for ~max. The next highest offer was like 1.8 though.

Yea, he's right. The thief cape is pretty cheap. I've seen class job capes go arounds 1.3-1.5b.
I got my Pirate cape for 700m. n_n I think the seller didn't know the real price, so the minute he put the cape on store I bought it right away. xD
After that I sold my 114 Dream Fragments for 5mil each and made a good profit.

The cape is worth at least 800m. The fact that the thief cape already drops forged makes it a lot cheaper. The other jobs have two options: Either spend NX on the music boxes and pray to get it, or hunt for the recipe and pay atleast 1b+ on the materials to forge the cape.
the thief cape is the only one that drops, the others have to be crafted or Gached. i think
Don't trade it for a thief cape. The pirate one is worth triple.
@xxdeucezxx: i just want the thief one actually. but someone said like "you just want the thief cape right?" so i suspect the pirate one is worth more...
