Between my mesos and items I have about 1.4b, and I consider myself practically unfunded. Funded starts with a full Tyrant set and a few other things.

I would say this, in terms of % stat

Unfunded - 0-50%
Semi Funded 50-150%
Funded 200-300%
Godly Funded - 300-500%
Infinite Funded 500%+

To most, being able to cap using ultimate is godly funded though haha

There's a fairly big gap between nothing and 10b, i would say there's another category for 1b-10b, lowering unfunded to nothing-1b. The difference there is a CRA set and gollux gear, then semi funded has the tyrants and SW tat/glasses. From there on up its just more scrolling and potentials, but his^^ ranges seem fairly accurate
