For those who have Red Rose

Does it flatten your character's hair? I checked how it looked on mapleme and the hair is shown flattened when the red rose is equipped. Is it like that ingame as well?

Edit: Nevermind, I think I found the answer? The one in the CS doesn't seem to flatten so I'm going to assume the perm one doesn't either.
