Red Light Ticket Violation
while I was cruising down a road-- I stopped at a light (sicne it was red)... However my tire accidentally touched the white line-- and i saw the camera flash at me.. I am wondering since I did do a complete stop-- but the car passed the line-- would I still be ticketed?

The same thing happened to me one night while I was in San Fran but I never got a ticket for it in the mail so probably not.
I called CHP-- and the operator told me chances are I won't get ticketed-- but it all depends on how the sheriff is feeling.
Its a really silly rule. I know someone who stopped after the white line on a stop sign and got ticketed $100. It could happen.
Fight it off in court OP, I believe in you!
