Hackers make their money by farming mesos. If they did farm cubes, meso prices would inflate heavily. Right now it's what 9 dollars for 1b which equates to less than 40 cents per 100m for meso farmers. Also cubes are almost worthless in kms so i don't think they will be worth very much here.

Also, if your logic were correct, Hackers have somewhat of a monopoly on mastery books. Why aren't those inflated to all hell?
