Lol, yes. CRA with nothing more than spell traces+star force can already get you 200-300k buffed ranged after links and character cards. Add in the 5 star Tyrant Cape, Superior Gollux set, about 30% att, and 50% all stat and you're looking at around 800k range.

If you can only get 500k buffed range with 20 B you're doing something wrong.

You might get 400k-500k with 20b. Definitely nowhere near 800k-1m.

You're looking at about 800-1 M buffed range with that kind of funding, if you fund correctly for Xenons. More than enough to handle Hard Gollux, not quite enough to trio CRA.

allow me to add more information
its a lv 200 xenon with a 5 star nova boots and 4 star tyrant cape, and other junk items
in terms of cost efficiency, what sort of items should i go for ?
its at 200k ish buffed right now
