Gm does not believe me

About 2 months ago I was hacked mysteriously overnight. I sent a ticket that didn't get replied for a month. I see other people getting hacked and people saying that they should submit another ticket so thats what i did and the next week i got a reply. But the -beep- Gm said i did get compromised but i didnt get compromised so they can't compensate me for anything. So what Mr. Gm you don't believe i got hacked? I demand compensation after spending hundreds of dollars over the 6/7 years I have been playing.
