Why is Abr so rare expensive?

Why is this so-called "Angelic Blessing" so rare? Is it the effect? Half the people that see you wont know you wear it unless they look at your character info.Is it the stats? Most people shoot for the empress items and dont EVEN think about equip options early on. You wont wake up level 200, know what i mean? Consider EVERY choice you make. Save your money. Why have people made this little ring such a big deal? Please dont think of this as a rant. Also,dont post hate comments below.PLEASE.

People buy it because it is only 20-30m and it gives 5att/matt. Name another ring that cheap with the same stats.
I remember buying it for 400m days upon release. Best decision ever.
It suddenly sprung up into 45mil for me in Bera, i'm so confused. Although mine was a gift from a friend, and he got it for me when it was the best ring around.
ppl can tell you're wearing one if they see two floating girls follow you.
