Few questions about smithing 11/12 and cubes

From what I understand the fastest way is by crafting reverse/timeless equips.
I've heard about this "drain," can someone please explain it?
If I get to level 11, can I go back down to 10, same goes for 12 to 11?
Also the cubes you craft say they are only moveable within account.
I see tradeable cubes in the fm, just wondering how to make or find these.
I've heard rumors that these cubes also are known for being worse or less effective than the ones from the cs, can someone clarify?
Thanks

Cubes can be made once you reach max snithing level. Once that happens you can go into master level crafting, and so forth meister level. Once you hit either master or meister you can make cubes. Master cubes made by master, meister by meister. (Vice versa). Meister level cubes can go into legendary tier, while master can go into unique pot. I think nexon made it apparent that you lose crafting exp after a certain amount of innactivity passes, but it shouldn't be a whole levels worth. Never heard about "drain". I leveled up smithing by crafting various equips for fun, such as zero gear or cheap armors. For jewelry, crafted str rings and dex variants. Edit: ninja'd, above post are correct.

For every (I believe) 18 hours you don't craft, you lose exp.
Yes, you can drop to 10 from 11, or 11 from 12.
These FM cubes are from elite bossing. Look up a guide.
The cubes crafted from level 11 only go to unique. Level 12 cubes can be used on anything. People I know tend to have worse luck with them in terms of getting good lines, but theres no evidence stating that either cube is worse than the NX cubes.

Yes you can drop down from 12-11 and from 11-10. You lose exp every 24 or 48 hours (not entirely sure). The cubes that are tradeable are from elite bosses and regular bosses. Also, everyone's experience with cubes differ, so I wouldn't bank a particular cube being worse than another as fact. (Unless of course nexon has stated so themselves.)
