Ticket to Nexon Concerning Windows 7 32-bit Issues

I submitted a ticket yesterday concerning numerous Windows 7 32-bit issues including disconnections, black screens and glitchy animations and etc.
I received a response in 24 hours and was delighted to see they were investigating the issue.

Dear Nexon Customer Support,

I am submitting a ticket in relation to alot of game related-issues concerning Windows 7/Vista 32-bit version with MapleStory.

These include animation glitches, disconnections, black screen at login screen, unable to see PIC menu when trying to log in.

Running in compatibility mode and administrator does not seem to assist me or other users in resolving the issue.

There has been a possible solution found, which I would like to request Nexon investigate if it could indeed be the solution to the problem and if so, release the solution in MapleStory via a Patch or a Notice announcement. (http://www.basilmarket.com/forum/1840696)

Please see the following threads concerning different Windows 7/Vista issues:

http://www.basilmarket.com/forum/1933053/0/Windows_7_Issue_for_the_third_time.html#

The issues appears to be happening to Windows 7/Vista 64-bit users as well but rarely.

I trust that you will take this information to hand and take appropriate action to resolve the problems as quickly as possible.

Actually its notnexon fault the way I see it. They have set out the specifications that needed to play maplestory. Lie the ur computer requirements. If u can't get those specifications, u will encounter problems, like lagging and dceing. just my opinion
