Clicking the skill on your beginner skill list/ click the equilibrium icon near the guage.

The skillbook is untrabable...
Good lord. I'm remaking mine after hitting 50... So tedious. Time to skip the tutorial and redo everything!
Apparently it only works for people who skipped the tutorial >.<.
