Thanks everybody who was [b][/b]Positive and suggested good ideas. I'll try my best to find some cheap %luk gear. And to those who think they had enough of these threads related to funding Phantoms, why read them and post useless comments? Just saying. Oh yeah, i don't have rings

Craft: Lvl 40 Thief Top and bottom, aim for 4% that should only be about 30m ish. Get a 4% luk belt and shoes. So like 50m ish for those? So thats 80m right there. You have 220m left! Get a 6% Luk earrings for 30m ish. 190m then! Be friendly and join a nice pro guild that will help you get a free Zak/Czak. Go CWKPQ with your new guildies and get a MoN.
You should have... 18% Luk then with 190m left. Get an ABR for 30m, that's 160m then! With 160m try and get an EVO ring and use your Legends Ring if you have one. That leaves you with one ring slot left so you then go do the Silent Crusade quest for the ring and medal. As for face and eye accessory, go do Kenta PQ for the goggles and... ionno about the face. Oh yeah! With about 100m get a 10 atk wg! so now you have 60m left! And that's all I can think of now.
You should have: 4% Luk Top, Bottom, Shoes and Belt.
6% Luk Earrings
10 Attack Gloves
ABR, Evo Ring #, Legendary Ring, Silent Crusade Ring
MoN
Silent Crusade Medal
Kentas Goggles
Zakum Helmet or Chaos Zakum Helmet.
That should be good for now ?
Buy 3%luk Top, bottom, shoes and cape. 8att wg is good enough, also get 6%luk earrings.

Pretty much depends on what level you're shooting for... 300mil won't take you far but can get you to an average/below damage phantom until 120. Above that, without % luck, then maple life is gonna be hard.
Well, you can aim for 3%-6% luk on all equips with 300 mil.
Or, you can merch the money and sell equips and %luk items when you have more money
