Which Class and Server should I choose?
I have been playing maple since 2006 and haven't played Maple very much in the last 2 years. I have missed out on many class reveals and updates; and need a little help deciding on what to be and where to be it.
I have an expansive library of characters from Scania and Khaini with a little bit of playtime on Windia, Kradia, Demothos, and El Nido. I like the idea of playing in a new server with a fresh economy. As for characters I don't necessarily have a bias toward one or another (hence my main issue). I do like characters that are fast and can hold their own in a boss fight.

I would like a good "first character". Something to build an account around.
Well I enjoy any type of character but lately I am feeling some sort of ranged character would be fun. I just want it to be a relevant pick for a main.
If you want to start fresh, then the new server Renegades? I think. But, tbh. I'm pretty sure that's where all the "kids" of maplestory play. Most of the adults are in the old servers. Considering you were playing back in 2006, you must be an adult by now. You should play in Bera. Because!... Most servers have died now. Free market is literally always dead, so I would consider you going to Bera.
Also, specify what type of character you like, because, I can't really tell you what's good since that's my own personal opinion. Give an example of your type of character.
if you're all about damage
xenon = easy mode
i'd recommend palying something you enjoy/a link skill mule
If you want, A fast character I highly recommend the xenon class, It's a really easy class to use, and it's super storng, and really good at bossing/mobbing (it's also my main) It also has 3 stats strength, luck, and dex. And uses the whipblade weapon.
But it got nerfed though, still a really good class I recommend Kaiser and Dual Blade are also really good.
