Is this gonna scam me?
I was thinking of buy 14x Drk or 16x bish from www.usfine.com that is very legit, I do know they are legit cuz of mesos. So I never bought any acct from them, not really sure if they gonna scam me T_T.
What you guys think? Should i buy or not?

first of all i would extensively read there terms of service xD (Yes i did find a character selling site that said and i quote "Within 3-7 months after purchase the characters information WILL be changed after which you will have to pay again to receive said character information" ...LUL)

I would not simply because they can give you all the info and still possibly change a e-mail pw or something like that and you may loose that character.
