25% chance to change lines. Rarity chance remains the same. Nexon likes misleading people with its pictures.

I think from going to rare to epic or epic to unique it's the same as reg cubes. It does however have a chance of getting 3-lined if it was a 2-lined.

They did not give a date and they do give fragments just like regular miracle cubes

On that website, there is no end date for pcubes.
