@PikeBishop:
I am not too worried, honestly. I may just be rollbacked like anyone else, I don't think they will ban me coz hackers used "legit mesos" to buy my items so they could dupe them.
@itay07734: Not to worry you or anything, but at one point, I heard that Scania dupers were duplicating Empress equipment as well.
@CherryTigers:
I may have sold things as well, Empress shoulders? I don't know.. I hope hackers didn't go for such regular items

@Thumbnail: I sold the no booms at night actually. The reason why I was able to sell them was because I saw Scania's dupes in Basil and Bera's but there was nothing actually flooding the market in Windia until later. I used an item smega and sold the 3 no booms for 800m each, which I was upset about since I paid 1.2b each for them but I'd rather sell for 800m than to wait for them to drop to 5m each. So because Windia did not flood first, I was able to have prior warning. (not that it matters anymore since it'll be rolled back)
As for the 25% boss neb, it just kinda sold at the time of the dupe. I guess I was lucky.. o.o
@PikeBishop: Yea, me too. I have alliance members who bought them without knowing. I'm sure if they have a smaller volume, they'll be hell banned and released later though. Or at least I hope!
@itay07734 Itay, you're going to get off clean so you don't have to worry!
I might be hellbanned since I sold 8.9b worth in things:
4b phantom card
2.5b (LEGIT) 25% boss neb
2.4b for 3 (LEGIT) no boom aee
@CherryTigers: I certainly don't disagree that the ones who resold the items, knowing this was an exploit, should be among the banned or at least hellbanned.
I was concerned about the people who are panicking right now because they bought one or two and dropped them after hearing about the dupe.
@CherryTigers: mules was probably more like
"if they ban this account, whatever, if they don't, sweet"
but yeah, people are silly
Sometimes Nexon go for IP bans, might happen this time as well. I stayed offline ever since it started. I just hope I got away from it...
@Thumbnail Some people thought they can get away with it by using mules too.
The only thing I'm upset about is that I had sold a lot of items and now they're getting rollbacked
There were lots of people running around the free market bragging about how much money they made off this dupe. They said it was okay to buy duped items off dupers and resell them even if they themselves did not participate.
Serves them all right to get banned.
I didnt touch any dupes but i bet ill still somehow get banned
@xTagg: In the afternoon, these scrolls and items were priced a few hundred mil below what they were normally worth, and there were limited quantities. I can't say I blame the people who thought that those selling the duped items were pricing them that low out of sheer desperation, considering the remote FM rooms in remote channels.
Considering everyone who bought those items knew it was too good to be true and should have expected this
@Kommie: I agree. Anyone with a clean history should be okay. They're looking for the people who bought boatloads of duped items.
@Thumbnail If only
How do they investigate all these accounts?
