Ways Of Increasing Weapon Speed
I was curious as to how one can increase weapon speed aside from changing one's weapon.
I know there is Decent Speed Infusion, Speed Infusion, green MPE potions and the legendary inner ability, but I'm curious as to whether anyone knows of another way.

dSI doesn't break speed cap :[
Using it on a NL with a fast claw won't increase attack speed...
However, if you use an MPE pot after, your attack speed increases by 2 increments

I'm pretty sure you can break the cap by using green MPE potions in conjunction with Speed Infusion.

Ascending levels beyond a Super Saiyan.
By using mpe pots.

Zero's Divine Speed buff gives +1 attack speed, iirc.
The Runes of Swiftness maxes your speed faster than sonic.
Beast Tamer's Green and Yellow Card.
Battle mage yellow aura and you forgot to name booster!
