Fusion Anvil?

Hey Basil,

I wanted to anvil some of my equipment but noticed that the anvil is no longer in the cash shop. I came back about 2 months ago (from a 6 month hiatus) and had the thought that anvils were a permanent fixture in the cash shop. Does anyone have an idea regarding the next release of anvils in the CS? Also, when did anvils become cash shop event items (they will only be available during events) or has this always been the case?
