Best Way To Equip My Luminous?
Ok, so I'm getting ready to gear up my luminous and I have a few questions about the options I should pursue. I could buy 9-15% pieces for basically every single equip and maybe have enough left over to start making my own shinning rod, or should I get the 140 set and work from there? I don't have enough funds to 15-21% every equip and get a perfect rod nor do i have the funds to get the 140 set and cube till unique. So which do you think is the best way I should gear up my luminous?
So far, i'm thinking 9-15% because i think it may get me the most bang for my buck. Thanks

@ShyShadow: He stated that he doesn't had the funds on getting %int on empress. Unless he is sticking with Lumi forever, if not it would be better to just buy normal equips with %int so you don't need to spend NX to psok them.
