Have you tried setting your video settings to the lowest settings available (Lowest resolution and low graphics)? It makes your gameplay a bit smoother.

As in the launch-up time though, um.... idk

Its some-what new, its touch screen, has windows vista/XP, and my internet connection is good.

Also, I'm pretty sure it has something to do with your internet speed as well

Can anyone help me with my problem? It would be greatly appreciated.

Lol, I can't even play the game...it gives me this Nexon Game warning thing, then freezes my whole computer when I try to start it up...sigh...

This is one of the reasons why I don't like the game.

Try lower quality.
