Hero now or later?

Hey guys
Well i had a lv 105 crusader in broa about a couple years ago, but sadly that account got hacked. I missed playing him it was really fun. I heard that a revamp os coming soon for warriors so i was wondering if it smarter to create another hero(hopefully i get there) now or when the revamp takes place. I heard that usually when a revamp like this takes place it usually involves many events which give free items and rings and such which will give good stats. So what should i do?
