Hong 10 Freeze Help
I got a half-minuet airchair down.
the probably I'm having with my Hong 10 is that I can't get my legs up into that inverted position.
any tips?
and what are things i can do to work the muscles needed for a hong 10.
neck strength, forearm strength, and back flexibility?

i want to eventually learn chair flares and airchair spins.
Pull ups.
Push ups.
Sit ups.
Yoga.
