if you were to work under an evan then your power force (i don't see how his life force would help increase power) would be shared right? if not, since you're not an onyx dragon, then the evan would be weak anyway. not worth sucking his lifeforce or w/e.
It's probably for the best. Worst case scenario, I betray the evan and attempt to steal his lifeforce for myself. I mean, a guy's gotta prioritize, and I need moar power.
