Current version Kaiser is MUCH more powerful than Angelic Burster.
No. Kaisers are VERY powerful, but not OP like I'd consider Angelic Burster.
As of the recent patterns, yes they get nerfed. But it's not huge by any means. The biggest thing that happens in their nerf is losing 1 hit on Giga's wave. But honestly... Going from 10 hits down to 9 hits is HARDLY a big deal.
