Since you have no way of knowing if Nexon'll ever delete those items, maybe you should reconsider and maybe, MAYBE in a near future, that will matter on price.
I personally wouldn't pay billions on a duped item which i know might be deleted, but i would on a legit item, then cube/scroll it myself.
People don't seem to dupe unscrolled items, since they're mesos hungry.

Unfortunately, while they are duped, they don't inflate the price of an identical legitimate copy as long as they're in circulation. It doesn't work that way.

You can also recube them.
The way i see it, most E-staves that have very high base matk from regular scrolling (before EEs) : 220, 228's and +, were massively duped and seen in the MTS for a while.
So most of those are possibly/obviously duped. Even if the potential is changed.
