I am a huge fan of mutant snails, assuming you are farming on you BaM that place should be no problem for you. For lower lvs ToT works well too, but I don't like the new maps </3
use big spider/mutant pig for drop rate+ 2x drop cards ... or 2x lucky easter drop buff +2x drop card...
for some reason familiars buff has been canceling out x2 drop buffs when the familiars buff for 1st time/rebuff but if you have alot of them you could always use 2x card use familiar... buff 2x easter drop after familiar buffs and every time it rebuffs for higher drop rates

Try ToT so that you can also look for PoT and complete the quests there if you can

There is no 'best map'. You kill high leveld monsters and hope you get lucky.
