Pokemon Black and White Help

I beat the elite Four the first time then went to N's castle and what not.
But now my pokemon are like 45-55 so they cant beat the elite four for the second time.
What are some good places to train my pokemon? and what would be a good team?

I was wondering if anyone can give me a level 1 Zorua?
